M.A.P. is quite simply, an exciting opportunity for Churches, Denominations, Ministries and Businesses to pay for private coaching sessions for their congregations and/or employees as a value added benefit. Organizations have a simplified opportunity to help their people by arranging an Initial Assessment Package as a one time benefit then, decide to continue ongoing support with regular coaching under a M.A.P. arrangement. When people have financial peace and confidence, they are more productive.
Example 1: Few Resources
Church or denomination leadership receive requests from its membership or parishioners for finanicialling counselling but, does not have a financial coaching ministry in place or the request is beyond outside the scope of available resources. To whom or where can the church turn for help? The Hope Coaching Ministry can serve as a referral resource to assist.
Example 2: Privacy
A church receives requests or identifies membership who could benefit from financial coaching but, the parishioner is hesitant to speak with someone else in the church due to privacy reasons. This is common in Canada as many church members hesitate to speak about financial matters with other members even if, the other person has been trained to do so. The Hope Coaching Ministry can serve as a neutral and confidential referral resource and ensure the privacy and anonymity of the Participants.
Example 3: Helping Employers Help Employees
An employer, whether it is a church, denomination or for-profit business has an employee experiencing financial difficulties and the employer has no practical resources to help. The Hope Coaching Ministry can serve as a referral resource to assist in much the same way as an EAP - Employee Assistance Plan. An employer can subsidize the value of a complete Initial Assessment and then, use M.A.P. to pay for a number of coaching sessions for any of its employees who may benefit. Employee confidentiality and privacy are assured with non-descript progress reports provided to the employer. The employer never knows the exact details of an employee's financial situation without the employee's authorization.
